		<description>If you are going to all this trouble and (mostly) time, I suggest using an 8 oz pack of sliced fresh mushrooms. Much more satisfying than the canned ones!

Note from Jack:  If you like fresh mushrooms, I agree.  For some odd reason I have always preferred the taste of canned better.</description>
